Type of Users: BIMPREST welcomes a diverse range of users, including architects, engineers, construction companies, freelancers and clients (project owners or representatives). When you register, you can choose to be a “Client” (someone who requests BIM service price estimations) or a “Supplier” (someone who provides BIM services and generates estimations and offers).

Unlock Efficiency: BIMPREST simplifies BIM service price estimation, reducing time and minimising resources by making a quotation/estimation of the services to be provided and delivering it to the client, which is also on the platform. The client received a notification about the project initiated and has the possibility to accept, revise, or deny the offer.
Improved Collaboration: The application enables effortless communication between customers and vendors. Both parties don’t have to waste time and resources. The vendor can easily make a quotation in no more than 5 minutes based on preset parameters and the project information delivered by the client. All of that happens inside the platform environment. No loads of emails and no switching between many programs.

Estimation Status:

  • Draft: Estimations in progress, not yet submitted for review.
  • Request: Estimations submitted and awaiting review by clients.
  • Request Approved: Clients have approved the estimation for further action.
  • Request Denied: Estimations that require revisions before approval.
  • Approved: Estimations that have received final approval for project commencement.
  • Denied: Estimations not meeting client requirements.
  • Pending Approval: Estimations that are pending final review and approval.
